The Brutal Void | Archival Ink | 136 x 106cm (Framed)

Long-listed for Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2022

In this drawing, I tried to capture the primitive nature of the void. Everything is arisen from a relationship with 'this' and 'that' in apparent nothingness and hence the void is already filled with every possible ways in some sense. This concept is interchangeable with some form of the buddhist doctrine on emptiness (Śūnyatā).
